2019年6月6日-8日，四大咖啡賽事在德國柏林的World of Coffee展會現(xiàn)場舉行，劉強（真名劉國強）代表中國參加世界拉花藝術(shù)大賽（World Latte Art Championship），胡光磊代表中國參加世界咖啡杯測大賽（World Cup Tasters Championship），預(yù)祝他們?nèi)〉煤贸煽儯?img class="rich_pages" data-copyright="0" data-ratio="1" data-s="300,640" src="http://qwvm.cn/file/upload/202208/02/122656521.jpeg" data-type="jpeg" data-w="550" style="text-align: center;white-space: normal;" />2019世界拉花藝術(shù)大賽中國區(qū)冠軍 劉強

WCE（World Coffee Events）對劉強的專訪Please tell us a little about yourself:請簡單介紹下你自己:My name is GuoQiang Liu, I am a barista since 2014. I am the 2019 China Latte Art Champion, and so proud of my job.我叫劉國強，從2014年開始就做咖啡師。我是2019年中國拉花藝術(shù)大賽冠軍，我為我的工作感到驕傲。How did youget started in coffee?:你的咖啡生涯是怎樣開始的？I really wanted a new cell at that time. LOL.那時我需要一份新的事業(yè)（然后不小心就掉進咖啡坑里了）。哈哈

What are you excited to do in Berlin?:你對在柏林做什么感到興奮?I am so excited about get to know coffee artist from all over the world and learn from them.我很高興能認(rèn)識來自世界各地的咖啡拉花藝術(shù)家，并向他們學(xué)習(xí)。What is the most unusual vessel you have poured latte art into?:你用過的最不尋常的拉花容器是什么?A milk box… and a bowl …一個牛奶盒……和一個碗……
What is the secret to great latte art?:偉大的拉花藝術(shù)的秘訣是什么?Do it the “right way”, practice a lot, and think!用“正確的方法”去做，多練習(xí)，多思考!What are your interests outside of coffee?:
除了咖啡，你還有什么愛好?Basketball and online games. I haven’t got a second to do them though while I practice for this competition.平時喜歡打籃球和玩網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲。不過，在我為這次比賽做準(zhǔn)備的時候，我沒有時間做這些。Where do you see yourself in five years?:你認(rèn)為五年后自己會是什么樣子?I hope to be a World Latte Art Champion.我希望成為世界拉花藝術(shù)大賽冠軍！
