前言對(duì)咖啡師來說，會(huì)講英語，整個(gè)咖啡世界都會(huì)以更親近的方式展現(xiàn)在你的面前。會(huì)英語的咖啡師無疑具有更強(qiáng)的職場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和更寬的職業(yè)選擇范圍。鄉(xiāng)村咖啡館（Café Du Village）80%以上的客人是來自超過全球40多個(gè)國(guó)家的國(guó)際友人。十年來，積累了很多咖啡館服務(wù)客人的常用英語，作為培訓(xùn)資料一直在內(nèi)部使用。很多咖啡師都有學(xué)習(xí)英語的意愿，有些人不知道如何開始，有些人找不到合適的方法。這篇文章把跟咖啡有關(guān)的培訓(xùn)資料公開出來，希望能幫到大家。（鄉(xiāng)村咖啡館有簡(jiǎn)餐，關(guān)于餐的英文不太具有普遍性，因此沒有包含在這篇文章中。）學(xué)習(xí)任何一門語言最好的方法是從自己需要使用的場(chǎng)景開始，逐漸積累自己能用到的詞匯和句式，并進(jìn)行大量的聽說練習(xí)。另外，了解該語言使用的文化背景和思維方式，有利于說的更地道。這份培訓(xùn)資料將咖啡館的日常工作內(nèi)容按照發(fā)生頻次及難度循序漸進(jìn)的順序分為：一、打招呼。二、點(diǎn)單。三、上產(chǎn)品。四、幫客人收桌子。五、買單。六、離開時(shí)打包。七、說再見。八、外賣。九、訂位子。十、禁煙。等十大工作場(chǎng)景。總結(jié)概括出各種場(chǎng)景下有可能使用到的基本對(duì)話，幫助咖啡師更容易獲得英語溝通的能力。

Or “how many are inyour party”?請(qǐng)問你們一共有幾位？Is this place (table) ok for you?坐在那里可以嗎？May I move that table over for you?我把那張桌子給你搬過來好嗎？Sorry, we have no seating downstairs but we havespace upstairs if you would like.對(duì)不起我們樓下沒位子了，您愿意坐樓上嗎？2Take order點(diǎn)單準(zhǔn)確無誤記住客人所有要求非常重要，同時(shí)點(diǎn)單過程也是跟客人交流的最佳流時(shí)機(jī)。Barista: Hi, would you like to see the menu?
